Returns & Refunds policy
Starting December 2024, we at The Olive Green, are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue with the product as proof.
2. Conditions for Return and Refund Claims
To process your return or refund claim:
Unboxing Video Requirement:
The unboxing video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening.
The process of unboxing.
The damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Timeline for Claims:
Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the product.
Original Condition:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Items marked as non-returnable or those bought in a sale.
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Products that are part of a combo or bundled offer are not eligible for return or refund unless the entire combo is returned in its original, unused condition. Individual items from a combo cannot be returned or refunded separately.
4. Refund Process
Upon approval of your claim, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 3-4 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a return or refund:
Email us at info@theolivegreenstore.in with the subject line: Return/Refund Request - Order #[Order Number].
Attach the unboxing video and any additional details regarding the issue.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-4 business days.
6. Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us.
Please note that we do NOT provide pickup services or reverse pickups for return-exchange products.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
